2018 VillaSport Athletic Club Pickleball Tournament

Where:  VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa (5904 Prairie Schooner Dr., CO Springs) - 4 Indoor courts

When:  January 20th, 2018 from 1:00pm - 5:00pm (approx. end time)

Cost:  One registration cost covers multiple events.

• Early registration before January 20th: $10 for VillaSport and $13 for non-members
• Day-of registration on January 20th: $15 for VillaSport member and $19 for non-members

Divisions:  Women's, Men's, and Mixed Doubles - All skill groups (LIMIT 10 teams per division)

Any guests/non-members registering for the tournament must fill out a guest waiver prior to registration, which can be found here:

https://www.villasport.com/myvillasport/signup/chooselocation. Please select the ‘Colorado Springs’ location and follow the prompts.  Online enrollment into the tournament will be open up until the day of the tournament.

If those registered for the event can please send me an email providing me with their name and the name of their partner(s), and which division they intend to enter, I would greatly appreciate it. It allows me to write up the bracket prior to the tournaments start.

Hello Pickleballers! I wanted to be sure your association was aware of the upcoming Indoor Pickleball Tournament being hosted by VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa (5904 Prairie Schooner Dr., CO Springs) on January 20th from 1:00PM - 5:00PM (approx. end time). 

It is a $10 participation fee for VillaSport members and a $13 fee for non-members to participate in the tournament if paid before January 20 ($15/member, $19/non-member for day of registration). 

We offer a women's doubles division, men's double division, and mixed doubles division bracket with a limit of 10 teams per bracket. 

The winning doubles pair of each tournament will win a $50 VillaSport gift card each and the 2nd place winners for each bracket will receive a $20 VillaSport gift card each. For non-members, this gift card is a great way to utilize our spa (always open to non-members) for a massage, pedicure/manicure, facial, and more; or to stop by for food and drinks at our cafe. 

The last tournament hosted in December had a total of 10 teams playing between the three divisions. I am hoping to grow the tournament and invite any and all people who have a love for pickleball, and so your association was top on my list!
